Katie also presented for BBC Radio Scotland’s ‘Travel Time’, where she was the resident travel expert for almost a decade, and BBC Radio 4’s ‘Excess Baggage’ have also used Katie as a panellist on her various areas of speciality over the years (‘Best hotels in the world’, ‘Ecotourism’, Train Travel in Europe’, ‘European Cities’ ‘Spas’).


Katie Wood devised, scripted and presented Scotland’s first ever TV travel series – ‘Scottish Passport’ which she propelled into the Top 10 Ratings and saw it nominated for a BAFTA.
